1. Purpose

 

This Company Values and Code of Conduct sets out the ethical standards, professional principles, and behavioural expectations followed by MPMA – Multipurpose Manpower Agency and its training centre, MPRT – Multipurpose Recruitment and Training Centre.

MPMA is a registered overseas recruitment agency in India and carries out its recruitment, training, documentation, and deployment-related activities in accordance with applicable laws, government regulations, Ministry of External Affairs requirements, Protector of Emigrants guidelines, destination-country manpower regulations, and international labour standards.

MPRT functions as the training and skill-development arm of MPMA and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, discipline, transparency, candidate welfare, and legal compliance.

 

2. Core Values

 

MPMA and MPRT are guided by the following values:

Integrity:

We conduct all activities honestly, lawfully, and transparently.

Ethical Recruitment:

We follow fair, responsible, and lawful recruitment practices for candidates being trained and deployed overseas.

Respect for Law:

We comply with the laws of India, the Ministry of External Affairs framework, Protector of Emigrants requirements, Ministry of Manpower requirements wherever applicable, and the manpower and immigration laws of destination countries.

Candidate Welfare:

We place candidate safety, dignity, awareness, and welfare at the centre of our operations.

Transparency:

We provide clear and accurate information regarding training, selection, documentation, fees, employment terms, country requirements, and deployment process.

Safety and Discipline:

We maintain a safe, disciplined, and professional training environment at MPRT.

Respect and Non-Discrimination:

We treat all candidates, employees, clients, trainers, and stakeholders with dignity and fairness.

Accountability:

We maintain proper records, follow established procedures, and accept responsibility for our actions and commitments.

 

3. Code of Conduct

 

All directors, employees, trainers, consultants, representatives, vendors, and persons acting on behalf of MPMA and MPRT shall:

1. Act honestly, professionally, and in good faith at all times.

2. Follow all applicable Indian laws, overseas recruitment regulations, and destination-country requirements.

3. Comply with Ministry of External Affairs, Protector of Emigrants, Ministry of Manpower, embassy, consulate, and relevant government requirements wherever applicable.

4. Provide candidates with true, complete, and clear information regarding recruitment, training, trade testing, documentation, employment, salary, benefits, fees, and overseas deployment.

5. Avoid false promises, misleading assurances, or unauthorised commitments regarding employment or deployment.

6. Maintain confidentiality of candidate records, client information, company data, and governmentrelated documentation.

7. Avoid bribery, corruption, illegal payments, unauthorised commissions, or unethical practices.

8. Maintain proper receipts, registers, attendance records, training records, trade-test records, candidate files, and deployment-related documents.

9. Treat every candidate with dignity and without discrimination based on caste, religion, language, region, gender, disability, economic background, or social status.

10. Maintain discipline, safety, hygiene, and professional behaviour within MPRT.

11. Report any misconduct, fraud, harassment, unsafe practice, bribery, candidate exploitation, or violation of policy to the management immediately.

 

4. Candidate Protection

 

MPMA and MPRT shall ensure that candidates are not misled, coerced, exploited, or forced at any stage of training, recruitment, documentation, trade testing, or overseas deployment. Candidates shall be informed of the applicable process, training requirements, employment terms, country requirements, documentation, charges, and grievance channels in a clear and understandable manner.

5. Training Centre Standards

 

MPRT has been established with due diligence and with a focus on professional skill development, safety, discipline, and international employability standards. The training centre shall maintain appropriate systems for:

1. Candidate enrolment and verification.

2. Training attendance and records.

3. Practical and theoretical training.

4. Trade testing and assessment support.

5. Safety protocols and supervision.

6. Basic welfare facilities.

7. Candidate grievance redressal.

8. Documentation and compliance records.

6. Violation of Code

 

Any violation of this Code may result in disciplinary action, warning, suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, recovery of loss, or legal action, depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation.

7. Approval

 

This Code of Conduct is approved by the management of MPMA and MPRT and shall apply to all relevant activities of the organisation.
