A scaffold erector checks the site conditions and installs scaffolding systems in a safe and orderly manner. The erector is responsible for loading and unloading the scaffolding from the truck, assembling scaffold components. It is also the
responsibility of the erector to execute all necessary safety and inventory documentation. We teach the candidates to build both simple one section high towers, and complex four tier multiple bay scaffolds. These scaffolds demonstrate applications such as: putlogs used to span obstructions, suspended "dead legs", staircases, highly uneven ground conditions, and other unusual field situations.
As the training schedule progress step by step of the assembly procedure, topics such as pre-job planning, component identification, equipment inspection, adequate foundations, proper planking, scaffold tie-ins, diagonal bracing, platforms loading, safe use, and others, are taught in the sequence in which they arise. After taking the participant through the step by step assembly procedures a thorough scaffolding inspection checklist is requested from the candidates. We use modern and international standard pipes and couplers with safety aspects to erect on different heights and stages, include standard, cargo, canopy and birds cages. Confirming ASME standards which is adhered globally.
